· The rental prices are per night and NOT per person.

· The price for 3 persons is calculated pro rata.

· The above prices do not include mandatory final cleaning of 1 x € 75.00

· During the May, Autumn and Christmas holidays, a surcharge of € 15.00 per night applies

· Minimum stay in July and August is 7 nights

· Outside the high season and holidays, the minimum stay is 3 nights

· Flexible arrival days (so you are not limited to coming from Saturday to Saturday)

· We can arrange a cot and high chair for the little travelers among us

· Dogs on request (€ 25.00 extra cleaning costs)

· Electricity: is included in the price, if the electricity is handled with care, i.e. always turn everything off

when you are not at home. Do not leave lights and fans on unnecessarily.
